ORANGE CHEESE SALAD 
3 oranges, sliced & diced
1 can crushed pineapple (sm. size)
3 oz. lemon Jello
1 c. hot water & pineapple & orange juice to make another cup
3/4 c. mini marshmallows

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/3 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. whip cream or Dream Whip
3/4 c. cheddar cheese soup

Follow direction on Jello box. Pour into 11 x 7 x 2 inch pan.

TOPPING: Mix sugar, flour and beaten egg. Gradually add juice and cheese soup. Cook over low heat, stir often. Remove when thick, stir in butter. Cool. Fold in whip cream. Pour on top of firm Jello and fruit mixture.
