CELERY SOUP 
1 stalk celery
2-3 carrots
1 med. onion
1/2 cauliflower head
4 c. water
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. milk
1 scoop plain flour
Dash dry peppers, optional

Chop into small pieces. Boil celery, onions and carrots in water until tender. Add other ingredients, except flour, milk and water. Stir together flour, milk and water and pour over vegetables; cook over low heat. Stir constantly. Salt and pepper to taste.
