OLD SOUTH CREAMY COLESLAW

4-5 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. shredded carrot
1/2 c. minced onion
1 1/2 tsp. celery seed

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
4 tbsp. sugar
2-3 tbsp. vinegar

Mix together. Toss with cabbage. Dressing can be varied according to your taste.
