ORIENTAL COLE SLAW 
1/2 c. oil
1/3 c. vinegar
3 tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. celery seed
1 sm. head red cabbage, shredded (4 c.)
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. chow mein noodles

Combine spices and oil and vinegar. Add cabbage and onions. Refrigerate. Toss noodles before serving.
