"KILLER" SPINACH SALAD 
2 lbs. fresh spinach, de-spinned
2 heads red-leaf lettuce (or 1 head iceburg)
1/2 lb. bacon
1 1/2 c. lg. curd cottage cheese

DRESSING:

1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. onion juice
1/3 - 2/3 c. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. poppy seeds

Mix greens together. Shake bacon liberally on top. Put dollops of cottage cheese on top, too. Then add dressing, to taste, and mix. Serves 8.
