CASHEW TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. water
1 (7 oz.) can tuna
4 oz. cashew nuts
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. minced onion
Salt & pepper (opt.)

1. Combine all ingredients in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, saving out 1/2 can of the noodles. Sprinkle these on top.

2. Bake, uncovered at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 5.
