ARTICHOKE HEARTS 
2 pkgs. frozen artichoke hearts
Seasoned bread crumbs
1 clove garlic, chopped fine
Salt and pepper to taste
Dried parsley
Olive oil

Thaw artichokes. Mix all ingredients, saving some bread crumbs for topping. Spread in 9 x 13 inch shallow baking dish. Dribble oil over, then sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Broil quickly to brown. Yield: 8 servings.
