QUICK PIGS IN THE BLANKET 
1 sm. head cabbage
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can (10 oz.) tomato soup

Chop cabbage into medium pieces; spread in bottom of a greased 13x9x2 baking dish. Brown meat and onion in skillet, breaking up meat as it cooks. Stir in rice, salt and pepper. Spoon mixture over cabbage. Heat tomato soup and water to boiling. Pour over all ingredients. Cover with foil tightly. Bake 1 1/2 hours in a preheated 350 degree oven. Fluff lightly with fork before serving. Serves 4.
