GRITS CASSEROLE 
6 c. water
1 1/2 c. grits
2 tsp. salt
Tabasco
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 tsp. Lawry Season Salt
3 eggs

Cook grits as directed on box. While hot, add butter and cheese, Lawry's Season Salt and few drops of Tabasco. Let cool until ready to complete and serve.

Beat eggs and fold into grits. If desired, add a dash of garlic salt. Bake in casserole dish for 35 to 40 minutes at 375 degrees.
