GRITS CASSEROLE 
6 c. water
2 tsp. salt
3 shakes Accent
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. grits
1 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 can green chilies
1 jar pimentos

Cook grits until thick, then add remaining ingredients and pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 300 degrees. Note: May be made ahead and frozen. Thaw and bake as directed.
