GRITS CASSEROLE 
1 cup Quaker Instant Grits, prepared according to directions.

Add:

1/2 stick butter
2 beaten eggs, enough milk added to make one cup
1 c. shredded Longhorn Colby cheese

Pour in casserole and bake at 325 degrees for 40 or 50 minutes or until brown on top.

For Garlic Grits, Add:

1 stick butter, egg and milk
1 roll garlic cheese
Garlic powder to taste

Stir all together until cheese is melted, place in casserole with crushed Corn Flakes on top. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
