STIR-FRY PIE 
3/4 c. grated carrot
3/4 c. zucchini, sliced
1/2 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
1 large onion, sautéed
1/4 c. green pepper, sautéed
1 c. grated cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. Bisquick

Cook carrot in microwave a few minutes. Put all in deep Pyrex pan. Mix milk, eggs and Bisquick in blender; pour over veggies.

Bake 25 to 35 minutes in a 400°F oven. Last 5 minutes, top with cheese. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before cutting.

Use a 10-inch pie pan.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
