1 yellow or white box cake mix (yellow is better) 1/2 c. oil 2 eggs 1 c. chocolate chips 1 c. nuts (optional) 1 c. coconut (optional) Preheat oven to 350°F. Blend all ingredients well. Fold in chocolate chips, nuts and/or coconut. Bake for 7-8 minutes until light golden brown along edges. Makes 2 1/2 to 3 dozen. | |

So yummy!! My husband wanted cookies tonight and I didn't have the proper ingredients for my usual recipe, I stumbled upon this and I'm glad I did! My husband loved them and he is picky. Super soft, did have to increase bake time to 10-12 minutes.

I agree with many of your reviewers they are so easy to make and taste great. I am known for my chocolate chip cookies, but now anxious to have family and friends try these. I did have to bake them as others mentioned for 12-14 minutes. Otherwise the recipe works very well.
