These cookies are so perfect! I was looking for a fast choco chip cookie at 11 pm and didn't expect much. These were great!! They are just like regular cookies and the batter wasn't sticky at all. I was able to roll them into a ball and criss cross them with a fork (like PB cookies)! If yours is a little stickier I would recommend the fridge for an hour or so...

This is an excellent recipe but I can see how people can find it sticky. The first batch I made I could roll in my palms. I would recommend adding the 1/2 cup oil slowly to make sure you don't add a lil too much for your mix. A Tsp could change this recipe's consistency...you should be able to roll the dough in your hands. Good Luck! It's the best ever!

What a pleasant surprise! I was skeptical, my husband was intrigued. Didn't have any problems with the dough being too sticky. This recipe literally took us 20 minutes, start to finish.

I'm not usually into cakey cookies but these are delicious ! And easy! I did notice the batter was a little sticky so I did what Barbara said and popped it into the fridge for a half hour and after that it was perfect. Thanks so much for such a simple recipe!

I think that if someone else had made these for me and I didn't know it was a cake mix then I would like them more. They just have the cake mix taste... which is fine, just not the best cookie ever!

I tried this recipe a month ago and I loved it. Now I make it every time I want cookies. I'm making them for my daughters Halloween party but I used double chocolate fudge mix instead.

Its an amazing recipe! I made chocolate ones, and chocolate chip and even carrot cake ones with icing! They all turned out fantastic!
