SOUTHERN BAKED PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops, 1/2" thick
Salt & pepper
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper. Brown in hot oil in skillet. Place in shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until chops are tender, basting occasionally.
