MOIST AND TANGY MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground meat (beef)
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 1/2 slices bread crumbs
12 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 onion, chopped fine
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix ingredients and place in shallow pan or loaf pan. Pour the following sauce over the meat loaf, basting occasionally. 2 tbsp. dry mustard 2 tbsp. vinegar 1/2 c. water 1/2 can tomato sauce

SAUCE: Mix sugar and vinegar. Add mustard, slowly add water and tomato sauce. Bake meat loaf at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 4-6.
