CREAMY CHOCOLATE PIE 
1 baked pie crust
3 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened or semi-sweet chocolate
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. hot water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. whipping cream

In heavy saucepan, over medium heat melt chocolate with milk and salt. Cook and stir until very thick and fudgy, 5-8 minutes. Add water; cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat; add vanilla. Cool 15 minutes. Chill thoroughly, 20-30 minutes; stir.

In large mixer bowl, beat whipping cream until stiff. Remove half and save. Fold cooled chocolate into whipped cream. Pour into pie crust. Chill 3 hours. Garnish with reserved whipping cream.
