TEXAS BEEF BRISKET 
1 tbsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. celery seed
1 tbsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. Accent
1 tbsp. seasoned salt
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
5 lb. beef brisket

Make a paste of above ingredients. Rub on meat. Wrap in heavy foil. Refrigerate overnight. Heat oven to 300. Bake in foil 3 to 4 hours. Chill. Slice. Reheat. (May be frozen before re-heating.)
