FREEZER COLE SLAW 
1 med. head cabbage (chopped up)
1 carrot (grated)
1 green pepper (chopped fine)
1 tsp. salt

SYRUP:

1 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed

Mix first list and let stand 1 hour. While cabbage is standing make syrup of second list by: Boiling for 1 minute. Let stand until lukewarm. Place in containers - freeze. Can be frozen several times without loosing its quality.
