I've used this recipe many times and they always turn out great! The new Funfetti cake mixes, especially the red and green ones at Christmas time are especially festive, and always a hit!!

We always keep white and chocolate cake mix in the pantry for those days when you *need* a homemade cookie! Love, love white mix, dried cran-cherries, sliced almonds, and sometimes-chocolate chips. Or, white, rolled in a mix of cinnamon and sugar before baking-Snickerdoodles. Tonight, stealing the granola idea-using white mix and crane-cherries. Also doing german chocolate sandwich cookies-filled with marshmallow fluff, and going to test some of the chocolate mix with almonds, and after they're baked-drizzle caned Dulche De Leche on top-hope that dries a bit and doesn't stay incredibly sticky. Needless to say, these are so easy to make -and the combos are ENDLESS, best of all-I've never made or had a bad mix!

I just made these with carrot cake mix & chopped walnuts. I also used 1/4 cup of carrot juice in place of the water, just because. I baked mine for 12 min on parchment and they turned out awesome. What a great recipe for whipping up some easy treats after a long day. Thank you!

Super easy and good consistency. I made the cookies a little bigger with a size 50 cookie scoop with a chocolate cake mix and I put rollo's inside of them. It made 16 cookies and they were delicious!

Used the sugar free mix, egg whites, applesauce in place of oil. Still wonderful!! A great treat for a sugar free nephew and a few dieters.

This was awesome. I tried the lemon cake mix and red velvet cake mix. I also substituted 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce instead of 1/4 cup oil. The cookies came out extra moist and less fattening.
