4 Roam Beauty (or any tart apple), washed, unpeeled & chopped
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice, sprinkled over apple cubes
1 tbsp. sugar, mixed with apple
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut
3/4 c. raisins
3/4 c. coarsely chopped pecans
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 of 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. mayonnaise

Blend the mayonnaise, sugar and cream cheese together in small bowl. Mix with apple, coconut, raisins, pecan and celery mixture. This is pretty and colorful served in crystal bowl or serving dishes.
