4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts
2 cans sweetened condensed milk

Grease 9x13 inch cake pan well. Mix all ingredients and put into cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Cook a short while; cut and take out while warm.
