QUICK BIG BATCH BROWNIES 
3 sq. (3 oz.) unsweetened chocolate
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. flake coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Frosting:

1/2 c. butter, softened
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
1/3 c. cocoa
milk to thin (3 to 4 tbsp.)

Preheat oven to 325°F. Melt butter and chocolate together in microwave. Add sugar and mix until cooled a bit. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla, salt and flour. Stir in coconut and nuts. Spread in a greased 9 x 13 pan.

Bake at 325°F for 25 to 30 minutes. While cooling, mix together frosting. In a small mixer bowl, beat the softened butter. Add the powdered sugar and cocoa alternately with milk. Blend in 1 teaspoon vanilla and dash of salt. Frost while still warm.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
