ROCKY ROAD FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
1 c. marshmallow miniatures
5.3 oz. can evaporated milk
1/2 c. butter
6 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. frozen marshmallow miniatures

1/2 cup marshmallow miniatures = 5 large marshmallows, cut

Combine sugar, marshmallows and evaporated milk in heavy saucepan over medium heat. Stir and heat to boil. Stir and boil 5 minutes. Pour mixture over butter and chocolate in large bowl. Stir until smooth and cool. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Fold in frozen marshmallows.

Pour into lightly greased 8-inch square pan. Chill until firm (at least 6 hours). Cut into squares and store covered. Makes 2 pounds.
