ROCKY ROAD FUDGE 
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (16 oz.) pkg. mini marshmallows
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Combine sugar, milk and butter and cook to soft ball stage. Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and mix. Put marshmallows and chocolate chips in a bowl and pour hot mixture over them. Mix until everything is melted. Add the nuts if desired and pour into buttered 13 x 9 inch or larger pan. Let set before cutting into squares.
