VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) can Veg-All
1 c. shredded cheese (Velveeta)
1 (6 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos
1 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. onion
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 c. butter

Combine first 6 ingredients. Place in greased casserole. Top with cracker crumbs and dot with butter. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. 4 servings.
