NUTTY CHEESECAKE SQUARES 
Crust:

2 c. flour
1 c. finely chopped walnuts
2/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. butter

Filling:

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine flour, walnuts, brown sugar and salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Set half of mixture aside. Press remaining crumb mixture onto the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 baking pan.

Bake at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.

In a mixing bowl, beat filling ingredients until smooth. Pour over crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool completely and store in refrigerator.

Makes 16 to 20 bars.
