CHEESECAKE SQUARES 
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. each of milk and lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine flour, butter and brown sugar in mixer for 2 to 3 minutes. Put remainder of mixture in bottom of 8 inch square baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees 8 to 10 minutes. Mix together filling ingredients. Pour over cooked crust. Sprinkle reserved mixture over filling and return to oven for 25 to 30 minutes.

Cool and cut into bars. Makes 16 to 20 bars.
