HAWAIIAN CAKE 
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. crushed pineapple
2 tsp. vanilla

3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Spread mixture on a jelly roll pan for a thin bar type cake or bake in 9x13 inch glass pan.

1 c. coconut
1 c. brown sugar

Spread on top of cake.

NOTE: I usually make this cake in the jelly roll pan and increase the topping by half.
