HAWAIIAN PINEAPPLE CAKE 
Yellow cake mix
2 pkgs. lemon instant pudding
3 c. cold milk
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. milk
Crushed pineapple
Cool Whip or whipped cream
Chopped nuts
Maraschino cherries, chopped

Bake cake mix in a buttered cookie sheet or a jelly roll pan for 20 minutes; cool. Prepare pudding, using 3 cups milk. Add cream cheese with 1/2 cup milk. Spread mixture over the cooled cake. Top with Cool Whip. Add pineapple. Sprinkle with nuts and cherries.
