TUNA FISH CASSEROLE | |
1 lg. can tuna fish, drained 1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken 1 sm. can evaporated milk 1/2 stick butter 1 lg. onion, chopped 1/3 c. bell pepper, chopped 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 c. egg noodles, cooked 1 c. shredded cheese Mix all ingredients together, except the cheese. Put into a greased 8 x 12 inch glass baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top; bake in 350 degree oven for 35 to 45 minutes until hot and bubbly and cheese is melted. |
