JELLO SALAD | |
2 c. crushed pretzels 3/4 c. melted butter 2 tbsp. sugar 1 c. sugar 8 oz. cream cheese 1 lg. container Cool Whip 1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jello 2 c. boiling water 21 oz. frozen strawberries (with juice) Combine pretzels, butter, and 2 tablespoons sugar; spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 8 minutes at 400 degrees. Beat 1 cup sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread on cooled pretzel layer. Refrigerate 5 minutes. Dissolve Jello in water. Add thawed strawberries and juice. Let sit for 10 minutes. Pour over cheese layer. Refrigerate. |
