TURKEY CASSEROLE 
7 oz. uncooked elbow macaroni
2 cans cream of mushroom soup, thinned with 1 can milk
1 med. onion
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 c. cooked turkey
1 can mushrooms
4 hard cooked eggs

Mix and let stand overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, uncovered.
