HAWAIIAN BREAD 
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 bag flaked coconut
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk

Soak coconut in 1/2 cup milk for 10-15 minutes. In separate bowl beat eggs and sugar together. Add pineapple and coconut (including milk). Sift dry ingredients and slowly add to liquid mixture.

Bake in two well greased loaf pans at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Top will be golden brown. Test for doneness with toothpick.
