VEGETABLE MARINADE 
2 c. broccoli flowerettes
1 cucumber, peeled & chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 c. chopped red onion
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

DRESSING:

1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper

In small bowl combine oil, vinegar, salt and pepper for dressing. Mix well. In salad bowl combine all vegetables and cheese and toss. Poru dressing over vegetables. Toss to mix well. Cover. Chill 3 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
