1/2 c. butter, less 1 tbsp.
2 c. granulated sugar
3 beaten eggs
1 c. sour cream
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder

Mix with hands butter and sugar. Stir in eggs and sour cream. Mix together flour, soda, and baking powder; stir into rest of mixture. Bake at 400 degrees about 10 minutes.
