SUGAR DROP COOKIES 
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift flour and nutmeg. Combine sugar and oil; add eggs and vanilla. Add this to flour mixture and mix well. Drop in small balls from a teaspoon into dish of sugar. Put on lightly greased baking sheet. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake 10-12 minutes. Store in airtight container after they are cool. Makes about 5 dozen small cookies.
