3 c. quick cook oatmeal
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
4 tbsp. cocoa

Mix well in a large bowl:

3 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

In a saucepan, boil the following ingredients for 1 minute:

2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
4 tbsp. cocoa

Pour over oatmeal mixture, mix well, drop by teaspoons onto wax paper. Cool for 1 hour.
