6 med. red potatoes, boil with jackets on
1 pt. sour cream
10 oz. Cracker Barrel cheddar cheese, grated
6 green onions, chopped
3 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/3 c. bread crumbs or corn flakes

Cook potatoes early and refrigerate. Peel and grate potatoes. Add sour cream, cheese, onions, milk, salt and pepper. Turn into a buttered 9"x13" pan. Top with butter and crumbs. Save a little of the grated cheese for the top. Bake at 300 degrees, uncovered for 50 minutes. This can be put together the day before and refrigerated, covered until ready to bake.
