CANNELLONI 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
1 onion, chopped
1 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. basil
1 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lb. hamburg
2 1/2 slices white bread, soaked in water & squeezed
2 eggs, sm. or med.
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1 pkg. manicotti shells
4 c. spaghetti sauce

Fry onion in oil. Cook hamburg. Thaw spinach. In large bowl combine all ingredients except Mozzarella cheese, shells and spaghetti sauce. Mix well, leave no lumps or chunks of bread. Boil 1 package of manicotti shells. In large lasagna pan, spread 1/2 of spaghetti sauce. Fill each shell with mixture, lay over sauce in pan. Cover with remaining sauce. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
