CANNELLONI ROMA 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
8 manicotti shells, uncooked
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. water
1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese

Brown meat and drain. Add onion, cook until tender. Stir in 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, egg and seasonings. Fill manicotti shells and place in 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

Pour combined tomatoes, tomato sauce and water over manicotti. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Top with mozzarella cheese and continue baking until melted.
