CANNELLONI ROMA 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 beaten egg
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
8 manicotti shells (uncooked)
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. water
4 oz. pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Brown ground beef and drain grease. Add onion, cook until tender. Stir in 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, egg and seasonings. Fill shells. Place in 10 x 6 baking dish. Pour combined tomatoes and water over shells. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour. Top with Mozzarella cheese, continue baking until melted.
