SPINACH RICE 
1 can creamy chicken mushroom soup
3 c. cooked rice
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1/4 tsp. pepper

In a 1 1/2 quart casserole, combine all ingredients, mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until cheese melts.
