GERMAN COFFEE CAKE | |
3 3/4 c. flour 1 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 1/8 c. granulated sugar 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts Blend above ingredients, add 1 1/8 cup oil and mix well. Save 3/4 cup of mixture for topping. Add 1 1/2 cup sour milk and 2 beaten eggs, mix well. Pour mixture into ungreased cookie sheet with enclosed sides, 11x17 inch cookie sheet. Bake approximately 30 minutes in 350 degree oven. |
