SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
2 1/2 lbs. ground beef, pork & veal ground together
1 c. milk
1 c. bread crumbs
4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. minced onion, fry until soft
3 eggs
Butter, approx. 1/2 lb.
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. ginger

Have meat ground twice. Beat eggs and milk together and pour over bread crumbs. When soft, mix with meat. Add spices and onion. Work all together until light and fluffy. Form into balls, size of melon balls. Brown in butter.
