CORNED BEEF NOODLE BAKE 
8 oz. pkg. noodles
1 can corned beef, cubed
1/4 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onion

Cook noodles, drain. Combine noodles, milk, soup, cheese and onion. Layer half noodle mixture in casserole, then layer beef over noodle mix. Add remaining mix over beef. sprinkle more cheese over top. Top with chow mein noodles or Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix, crumbled. (I add a little melted butter to crumble). Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes. Serves 6.
