CRUNCHY CORN CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
1- 16 oz. can creamed corn
2 tbsp. pimento, chopped
1 egg, slightly beaten
3 1/2 oz. French fried onions, crushed

Sauté green pepper in butter until soft. Add corn, pimento, egg and half a can of fried onions. Pour into 1 1/2 qt. casserole.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or until firm. Sprinkle rest of onions on top and bake for 5 minutes longer.
