IMPOSSIBLE BACON QUICHE 
6 slices bacon, crisply fried, drained and crumbled
1 c. sharp shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. chopped onion, sautéed
1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. cottage cheese

Heat oven to 400°F. Grease 10-inch quiche dish. Sprinkle bacon, cheese, onion and vegetables in dish. Beat remainder until smooth. Pour over all and bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.

Serves 6.
