SAUSAGE AND WILD RICE 
1 lb. pork sausage, browned and drained
1 (6 oz.) box UNCLE BEN'S® long grain wild rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 can mushrooms

Cook rice as directed. Mix soup, milk and mushrooms. Add browned sausage and cooked rice. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish.

Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
