STRAWBERRY PINEAPPLE SALAD 
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese or neufchatel, softened
3 tbsp. honey
2 c. strawberries, hulled and crushed
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained

Combine cream cheese or Neufchatel and honey in a bowl. Add strawberries and pineapple; blend well. Pour into a freezer tray and freeze 2 hours. Cut into 4 portions. Serve on lettuce leaves and garnish with strawberry slices, if desired. Serves 4. Note: Other fruit combinations may be used. Banana, pineapple and coconut is very good.
